Why? This defeats circle sharing…but OK.

We cannot circle profiles until they circle us, which means that we cannot share circles filled with profiles unless every profile circles the page first. It is one of the limitations of Google+ pages. If someone wants to add themselves to the database/shared circles, they need to fill out this form (http://goo.gl/vOJoN) and circle Science on Google+: A Public Database.
